Gary Davis and the Town Council

Dear Editor,
Nice article about the Town Council (See “The Indispensable, Virtually Invisible Topanga Town Council Does it All,” V37, No. 3, Feb. 7, 2013), but a very important person was left out—Gary Davis.
Gary was not only the first president of the TCTC, but the brains behind both the Access Sticker and the Hotline. His computer skills were invaluable in coordinating activities with local government agencies. Many Topangans have contributed countless hours to the community with no expectation of recognition. This time, though, Gary’s continuing legacy deserves acknowledgement and kudos.
