Passages: Doug Kirby—1930-2016­­­

 With the passing of Doug Kirby, Topanga loses an original. Maurice “Moe” Crenshaw—1941-2016

 In the late ‘70s and early ‘80s, Moe Crenshaw worked behind the meat counter at Topanga Creek General Store, aka Joe’s Market. During that time he went to Radio Shack, bought his first computer and learned everything he could about them.  A memorial gathering to remember Bryan Joseph Hunt, aka “Flute” Charley, will be held October 1, beginning at 1 p.m., in the courtyard at the Old Center next to the Topanga Creek General Store.
